Yack that !

The day started with the visit of Pushkaar, where we unexpectedly bumped into Florian, the Swiss guy we had briefly met in Jaisalmer (La Mystica restaurant). This was a nice opportunity to share what we'd been up to in the mean time around some fresh pineapple juices .

We arranged to have dinner in a "Tibetan" restaurant the next day... And on top of delicious food, we were quite astonished to find some very good cheese available: the nicely named Yack, from Nepal. The cheese is very tasty and a mix between comte and apenzel.

Pushkaar is a holy city, very touristy, and as most of the holy city’s we’ve been to, is full of danger, drugs and Israelis !! (apparently this is not just a coincidence…)
